This typology of rings is obtained by shearing and pressing from steel sheet C45 UNI 7065 with hooking teeth hardened by induction. These rings are realised with particular and sophisticated working techniques that allow to obtain optimal mechanical characteristics and very narrow dimensional and angular tolerances. They can be produced with holes opportunely positioned in proximity of the hooking teeth in order to increase the lubrication and be therefore used for connections at high speed of spin, strict solicitations and onerous employs. The rings produced lacking of the lubrication holes find application in all the connections at normal speed of spin.
